- 4 Salmon Fillets (6-8 ounces each)
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce (ensure alcohol-free)
- Fresh Lemon Wedges and Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Pat each salmon fillet completely dry using paper towels.
- Place the fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and
- Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Brush the butter and spice mixture generously over the top and sides of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12 to 18 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Turn on the oven broiler for the final 1 to 2 minutes to caramelize the glaze further.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with fresh lemon and parsley.
Notes
- The salmon is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and flakes easily.
- Let the salmon rest to allow the juices to redistribute for maximum tenderness.
