Instructions
- Place the boneless chicken into your 6-quart slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, tomato paste, cornstarch, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring every piece is evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks, then toss back into the sauce before serving.

- Use chicken thighs for the most tender, succulent results.
- If using chicken breasts, be careful not to overcook to avoid dryness.
