- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken thighs or breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 2 tbsp Honey, hot
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/3 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange oven rack in middle position.
- Pat chicken thighs or breasts dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Place chicken in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil.
- Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Toss chicken until evenly coated.
- Pour hot honey over seasoned chicken.
- Add lemon juice to the chicken.
- Mix thoroughly until chicken is fully coated.
- Transfer seasoned chicken to a baking dish or sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with fresh parsley.
- Spread Greek yogurt mixture over chicken during the final 5 minutes of baking.
- Garnish with additional feta cheese and parsley.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Boneless skinless chicken thighs yield juicier results than breasts.
- Adjust hot honey amount if spice preference is mild.
- Add chopped dill or oregano for extra herbal flavor.
- Letting chicken rest ensures juicier texture.
