Instructions
- Brush a grill pan with olive oil and heat to medium.
- Cook the chicken breast for 10 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes, then slice into 10 uniform strips.
- Place romaine leaves on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until lightly charred.
- Lay out warm tortillas and spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing in the center.
- Top each tortilla with two lettuce leaves, a chicken strip, two croutons, and cucumber matchsticks.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Roll tightly into a compact burrito shape and secure with a toothpick if needed.
