- 1 pound ground beef

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef then season with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper.
- Remove beef from the skillet and melt butter in the same pan.
- Sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Incorporate cream cheese into the pan and stir until melted.
- Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return the browned beef to the skillet and gently fold into the sauce.
- Add cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss until every piece is coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Ensure cream cheese is softened before adding to the pan to avoid lumps.
