- 2 lbs Chicken Wings (party wings, flats and drumettes separated)
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder (aluminum-free)
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- Oil Spray (avocado or olive oil)
- ½ cup Salted Butter, melted
- ½ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4–5 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Remove wings from packaging and pat thoroughly dry with paper towels
- In a small bowl, whisk together baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Place wings in a large bowl, sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over them
- Toss until fully coated
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil
- Arrange wings in a single layer inside the basket
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway at 10 minutes
- While wings cook, melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes (if using)
- Spoon sauce over cooked wings or serve separately
- Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley
Notes
- Use aluminum-free baking powder for optimal crispiness
- For extra crunch, pat wings dry twice before seasoning
- Flip wings gently to avoid breaking crust
- Sauce can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours
