- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1.5 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the cubed steak into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes to the bowl.
- Toss the steak pieces thoroughly until they are evenly coated in the dry spice blend.
- Spray the seasoned steak generously with a low-calorie cooking spray and toss again.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the steak pieces in a single layer on the air fryer grill plate.
- Air fry for 6 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through for even color.
- Remove the steak from the basket, leaving rendered juices behind.
- Return the steak bites to the basket, toss with melted butter, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.
- Air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant and coated.
