  • Total Time: 18
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 650g (22.9oz) sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
  • Low calorie cooking spray
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1.5 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the cubed steak into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes to the bowl.
  3. Toss the steak pieces thoroughly until they are evenly coated in the dry spice blend.
  4. Spray the seasoned steak generously with a low-calorie cooking spray and toss again.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the steak pieces in a single layer on the air fryer grill plate.
  7. Air fry for 6 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through for even color.
  8. Remove the steak from the basket, leaving rendered juices behind.
  9. Return the steak bites to the basket, toss with melted butter, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.
  10. Air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant and coated.

Notes

  • Ensure the steak is cut into uniform pieces to promote even cooking.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow for optimal airflow and crust development.
  • Serve immediately while hot.
